  • Initial Consultation Fees: Non-refundable, as this cost covers the time and expertise provided during consultations.
  • Custom Project Work: Partial or full refunds may be considered if a project has not met agreed-upon milestones or if significant delays or issues occur due to our error.
  • Prepaid Monthly Services: Refunds for prepaid monthly services such as ads management and SEO are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued for unused portions if services were not rendered as promised.
  • Non-refundable Services: Services completed and delivered in full are non-refundable, except in cases of proven service failures or contract breaches.

3. Conditions for a Refund

A refund request may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Failure to Deliver: If Plavio Integrated Lab fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe without just cause.
  • Service Quality Issues: If significant errors or service deficiencies are evident and documented, and our attempts to resolve them are unsuccessful.
  • Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the project before work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for clients who simply change their minds after work has commenced or services have been delivered.
  • Third-Party Issues: Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by third-party tools or integrations that are beyond our control.
  • Delays by Client: If delays in project progress are due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals, no refund will be granted.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request: Send an email to contact@plavio.ng with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide detailed information about the project, service issues, and reasons for the refund request.
  2. Provide Supporting Evidence: Include relevant documentation, such as project contracts, communications, and proof of service deficiencies, to support your claim.
  3. Review Period: We will review your request and supporting evidence within 14 business days. During this time, we may contact you for additional information or clarification.
  4. Decision Notification: You will be notified of the outcome of your refund request via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Refund Amounts and Processing

Refunds are processed based on the specific service and the stage of the project. The refund amount will reflect the portion of the service not delivered or completed to satisfaction:

  • Partial Refunds: If part of the project has been completed satisfactorily, a partial refund will be issued for the unfinished portion.
  • Full Refunds: If no meaningful work has been done or if the project is canceled due to failure on our part, a full refund may be issued.

7. Payment Methods and Timing

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used by the client unless otherwise agreed upon. Once a refund is approved, the payment will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days.
